My Unity Ads account has been locked for no given reason. It has even locked access to the finance settings, so I am now losing revenue and have no way of being paid. I've heard this can happen when receiving lots of new installs. I've just released a new game, so surely Unity would understand this. They ignored my first appeal, then after my email they said "I've escalated it to the fraud team" which if you don't know, is customer service slang for "go away we don't care about you" and I've still had no response from my third attempt. I'm running out of time and can't delay further advertising of my new game for much longer before it gets kicked out of the algorithms. Does anyone know a quicker fix?
