Unity Ads keeps records of EU consents?

Dear All, What I understand (correct me if I'm wrong) is that the GDPR European privacy regulations require that we keep records of users' consents (with their date of consent etc..) to display personalized ads on their devices, if they allow us to do so. Does "Unity Ads" keep this log somewhere? And can we (developers) access this Log, and can users access or alter their records? Can I use the API to Prevent Ads from showing to EU (as a last resort) or do some preventive behavior based on the consent requirement status of each user? Thank you very much
