Hi!, I'm facing an issue with heyzap ads under iOS when the application enters in background and an interstitial add is showing (topmost modal)
The problem happens when the app regains execution. The ad seems to be gone and the active scene shows, but the ad is still somehow in the background as nobody has closed or clicked it (but is still there, when it has music it's still playing)
As a consequence when we try to show a new ad we receive the following error:
[ Heyzap ] Error showing ad = Error Domain=HeyzapMediation Code=1 "An ad is already shown or attempting to be shown" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=An ad is already shown or attempting to be shown}
From that point I'm not able to show any new ad as is like the ad is waiting in the background for being clicked, dismissed or whatever. The problem is that I don't know how to dismiss it, destroy it, nuke it, ..., ;)
and the heyzap sdk does not offer any reference to the active ad, so I can't act over it.
To make things worse, some adnetworks interstitials ads don't show this behaviour. It's really annoying.
Any idea or suggestion about how to reshow it as modal or topmost so the user is obliged to dismiss it or accept it? And if this is not possible, how I can destroy or dismiss it?
