Following install of 4.7.1 unable to turn on Unity Ads

Hello, I recently had to reimage my computer system and install a clean copy of Unity 4.7.1 to my machine. I have a pre-existing project that was saved in Unity 4.6.9 and I had Unity Ads installed and running just fine on it. When I attempt to run the project now, I get a warning that says "Unity Ads is not enabled. See the Connect window in Unity." I've checked the Edit menu (which is where the Ads entry was listed previously) and it is not listed. I've checked every menu option and cannot locate the Connect Window it refers to. My frustration stems from the fact that I was hoping to re-package this program with the newest version of Unity 4, as I cannot re-create the package in Unity 5. It relies too heavily on the Daikon Forge GUI and to upgrade to the Unity GUI system would require me to completely overhaul the project. And it doesn't make sense for Unity Ads to not work with 4.7.1. I have completely removed the Unity Ads assets from my project and re-installed them from the Asset Store. I've downloaded the Asset Helper as well. The screenshot I've provided shows the 'demo page' for the Unity Ads screen (which looks cosmetically different from the Blue screen I've seen in the past) and the error message. I realize I might somehow be overlooking where the menu option was moved to, but how do I turn input my application ID number into the 4.7.1 Unity system if it's not showing me the option under Edit > Unity Ads?
