I want to upload my first game to test it out but I don't feel like setting up payment profile yet because I always moving around a lot so some information like address or tax would be difficult to fill it and I don't think I would make much money anyway so I can't be bother.
Here is my questions
1. Would unity ads still work and count even I don't set up payment profile ?
2. Would I get pay later once I set up payment profile ?
